WS WORLD RANKINGS RELEASED 12 MARCH
13 Mar 2024On 12 March 2024, the World Sailing World Rankings were released, bringing in the results for the 2024 470 World Championship, where victory in the World leaderboard went to Jordi Xammar / Nora Brugman (ESP).

09 Mar 2024On International Women's Day, the Trofeo Princesa Sofía Mallorca by Iberostar pays tribute to the women of sailing, who are striving to increase female representation at all levels of the sport. The major Olympic class regatta is comprised of almost 40% women in the different departments of the organisation, and has set itself the target of reaching 50% by 2028, following the example of the International Olympic Committee and World Sailing.

JAW-DROPPING DAY FOR JAPAN AT DAY 1 OF 470 WORLDS
27 Feb 2024Japan came to the 470 World Championship in Llucmajor, Mallorca, as defending champions. Lying in fifth place after three tricky, light-wind races is not at all a bad start for the 2023 World Champions Keiju Okada and Miho Yoshioka.
OLYMPIC ASPIRANTS READY FOR AN ALL-ROUND TEST IN PALMA

It was practice race day before the competition proper begins on Tuesday for the 470 World Championship in Llucmajor, not from Mallorca’s capital city of Palma.
