DAY 4 OF 2022 470 JUNIOR EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP


The wind is still reluctant to reach Vilamoura for the 2022 420 & 470 Junior European Championship, with just 3 races played in four days of competition.

The Race Committee made their best and try to have races, sending all fleets to the water around 13:00, but the wind never exceeded 3 knots.

With no new races, the results remained as they were after the race day 2. Race day 2 report here.

The competition will continue tomorrow and the intention of the Race Committee is to carry out 3 new races per fleet, with the first warning signal at 14:00 for the 420s and 14:30 for the 470s.

The event will run until July 26th, when we'll meet the new 2022 420 & 470 Junior European champions.
