- Deadline to submit future Championship Bids - 1400 hours on Friday 7 October 2016
- Deadline to appoint Delegates to the meeting - 1200 hours UTC on Thursday 10 November 2016
- Deadline for Submissions - 1400 hours UTC on Friday 14 October 2016
- Deadline to nominate candidates to the Management Committee - 1400 hours UTC on Friday 14 October 2016
